If a clothing item you’ve purchased doesn’t fit the way you expected, we totally understand and are more than happy to make it right! Please reach out to us and we will work with you to return/exchange it within a 21 day period provided the item is not altered or washed.

Guitar & Pickup Returns

We stand behind our guitar builds and offer a free 14 day return policy if you aren’t fully in love. Our pickups go through rigorous testing to ensure each unit is working as it should be. If you receive your pickup and change your mind on keeping it and the product is still new (hasn’t been installed) and is in it’s original packaging we can offer a return/refund. If the product has been installed/used/removed, or is altered or damaged in any way, we will not be able to fully refund you for your purchase. That being said we are willing to work with you if you are sure something is faulty with the pickup. We are a small shop and hope you understand.
